The spa facilities at Grand Tien Shan Hotel are simply really good! I had the pleasure of receiving an authentic Indonesian massage from highly skilled therapists. The atmosphere was tranquil, nicely decorated in a Southeast Asian style, making it a perfect place to relax after exploring the city. The treatments were superb, and I've experienced massages worldwide, but this stood out for its quality. It's definitely a highlight of my stay!

I truly enjoyed the breakfast at Grand Tien Shan Hotel! They offer a variety of hot and cold dishes, and I loved being able to order fresh-made eggs to start my day. The pastries were good, making it hard to choose just one. Plus, even for early morning tours, they provided a basic breakfast box, which was really thoughtful!

My room at Grand Tien Shan Hotel was spacious and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. I loved the cozy bedding that kept me warm during the chilly nights.
